Order can only be exchanged ONCE only if it’s damaged, unlikely event that you receive a defective
item or an item that does not match your order, we will offer an exchange. To initiate an exchange,

in within 5 days of receiving your order or send us a
direct message on Instagram. Please provide a clear video or a photo of the received item along with
the reason for the exchange.
We will then arrange for a pickup of the wrong item and dispatch the correct item as soon as possible.
Please note that exchanges are only offered in the case of defective items or items that do not match
your order. We do not entertain return or refund requests.
Items purchased during a sale are strictly non-exchangeable. We believe in offering significant
discounts during our sales, and in return, we request our customers to carefully consider their choices
before making a purchase.
