Go to the shopWe understand that shopping for jewellery online can sometimes be tricky — especially when it comes to getting the right ring size, or when a piece simply doesn't feel like the right fit once it arrives. That's why we offer exchanges to ensure you find something you truly love.
Exchanges at Elaila are not free of charge. A handling and logistics fee of INR 199 (may vary depending on your location) is applicable for all exchanges and must be borne by the customer.
If you'd like to exchange a product due to a ring size issue or because you'd prefer a different piece, please follow the steps below.
Reach out to us within 5 days of receiving your order via email at returns@elaila.in or through our Instagram. Please share your order number along with the details of the exchange you'd like — such as the size you need or the product you'd prefer instead.
Carefully repackage the product in its original packaging, with all tags intact. Once you've notified us, we will arrange a pickup from your end. Please ensure the product is unused and in its original condition — exchanges will not be accepted otherwise.
Once we receive the product, our team will inspect it carefully. If everything is in order, we will ship your desired size or replacement piece to you at the earliest.
Timely communication is key. It is the customer's responsibility to notify us within the 5-day window — requests made after this period may not be accommodated. Shipping costs for exchanges are not covered by us.
