Shipping & Delivery

At the heart of everything we create is time, care, and craftsmanship. Each piece in our collection is made with intention, and our shipping policy reflects the same thoughtfulness that goes into every order.

Production & Dispatch Timeline

The time it takes to prepare your order depends on the design and level of craftsmanship involved in each piece. While some items are ready to ship within 3 days, others may take 7–12 days to be meticulously handcrafted before they are ready to leave our studio. You will be notified once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeline

Once your order is dispatched, you can expect it to arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location within India. Please note that during festivals, public holidays, or in the event of unforeseen circumstances, delivery timelines may be slightly extended. We appreciate your understanding during such periods and assure you that your order is always in good hands.

Returns & Packaging

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused and packed carefully in their original condition. Please ensure the item is securely repackaged before initiating any return request.

A Note on Handcrafted Pieces

Since every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted, subtle irregularities may occasionally appear — these are not flaws, but rather a natural mark of its uniqueness and charm. Each variation tells the story of the hands that made it.

Additionally, colors may appear slightly different on screen due to variations in display settings and lighting across devices. We do our best to represent each piece as accurately as possible, but minor differences should be expected.
